- Item must be handcrafted and use some kind of stitching, e.g., knitting, crocheting, sewing, cross-stitching. Occasional exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. No used items will be accepted.
- Contact us with your interest at sally@sistersstitchings.com and let us know what you would like to sell. It would be helpful if you could send a picture.
- Once we agree to receive your item(s) for approval you will be sent a physical address to mail your item to. It must be clean, and packed carefully in a clean, dry box. We require shipping insurance for both our protections; shipping insurance costs will be reimbursed. Before shipping you will be sent a contract listing yours, and our, responsibilities.
- Acceptance for consideration does not necessarily mean that the item WILL be listed. It must pass judging first. If it is not accepted it will be returned to you at our cost.
- Item must be clean. If you have pets please use a lint remover or GENTLY wash the item before sending.
- Our standards our high. Please be sure that your item reflects this. Work all ends in if crocheting or knitting. If sewing be sure your seams are straight and anchored. Press seams. If cross-stitching work the ends in on the back.
- Consider what price you want for your item. Do some research to see what others are charging. After you decide we will review the price and let you know if it is NOT reasonable. We will then add 25% to the price for commission.
- Once the item is accepted and listed it will be listed for 6 months before we mutually review whether to continue the listing.
- Once the item sells you will be notified. Since we will be storing the item we will take care of all costs and work to pack and ship your item. You will be sent a copy of the invoice the customer receives minus any personal information.
